John Howard, the owner of the winery, is quite a grandiose character, his friends come to affectionately call him a Megalomaniac. The name sticked and this brand is now one of the most flourishing in the Niagara Valley and beyond.

John Howard, the owner of the winery, is quite a grandiose character, his friends come to affectionately call him a megalomaniac. The name stuck and this brand is now one of the most flourishing in the Niagara Valley and beyond.

Each varietal has its own megalomaniac characteristic which gives some insight on to the wine itself. It helps create a bond with the consumer and encourage collecting.

Who said brands can't be personal?
